In the Sales Part, I believe it was reasonable. However, once again in the tenancy side throughout the past 13 years, the fees was extremely exaggerated and unnecessarily inflated, which rendered my investment portfolio null and void and led me eventually to sell the property because of the return of the investment, when Townends were the only beneficial party our of my property.

The fees were very competitive and in line with other agents offers. I decided to use Townends as I had a gut feeling they knew what they were talking about and knew the market /buyers very well. I felt I got good value considering achieving well over the asking price. they managed the sale in a clever and professional manner.
