Hi Nick. You have initiated our official complaints procedure with both Halifax and Hebden Bridge Offices as all agents who are members of The Property Ombudsman offer. Both offices have responded to you and, should your disputed allegations be proven, they will award you compensation accordingly. We await to see whether the matter is progressed any further. Peter David are unprofessional and poor communicators. I had to withdraw from their books after many instances of problems. Their valuations are wildly erratic and not to be trusted. They were way out on other agents views....
