This was our second time using Peter David Properties in Hebden Bridge and we would not go anywhere else. Garry and Sandra are fantastic! They know the market so well and their advice and guidance is the best around. We sold our first property within a weekend and our second property to the first viewer. Moving home is stressful but they are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

This estate agent is not all it seems. When you look at the website it appears you are dealing with one large agency with four different branches. This is not the case. This estate agent is not all it seems. When you look at the website it appears you are dealing with one large agency with four different branches. This is not the case. It is a franchise with four different legal owners. The reason we have highlighted this is the owner of Peter David Properties Ltd is not willing to accept responsibility for the actions of any of the branches which he does not own (Brighouse, Huddersfield, Hebden Bridge). We were badly misled by the owners of the Hebden Bridge Branch (they failed to declare that they were related to the vendor of a property we were buying), and this is a breach of the Estate Agents act 1979. * didn't want to know about our complaint and accepts no responsibility for the people acting in the name of his brand.
