This estate agent is not all it seems. When you look at the website it appears you are dealing with one large agency with four different branches. This is not the case. Peter David are unprofessional and poor communicators. I had to withdraw from their books after many instances of problems. Their valuations are wildly erratic and not to be trusted. They were way out on other agents... Read Full Review
