Exactly what you want and expect from a managing letting agent.
I never had any issues with them, and any minor issues with the property were fixed quickly. Sherrie was amazing after the property was flooded, getting everything sorted. It did take a long time for repairs to start, but I know everyone was very busy after the flood.
I would happily recommend them and would rent through them again if I was still in the area.

Absolute joke of a service,
After two months the tenant had stopped payment.
This was only noticed by myself and not Peter Davids who i was actually paying to check this. ( They made a mistake was there excuse ).
After 4 months of messing about with repayment plans i got the answer of i need to take this excuse of a person to court. No we will back you up or anything. i am still after payment and have now accrued the court costs as well as the outstanding rent with still no payment.
This person owes me over �1000 and this agent could not care less. she wanted to get him into another property near.
ABSOLUTE JOKE. YOU OWE ME MONEY>

I have had lots , of dealings with Chelsea Wood with regards to my property that i rent though the Halifax Branch, and i must say she is fantastic, she always offers first class customer service and is really helpful and friendly.
Peter David is the best letting agency i have ever used and my landlord is really fantastic, i can't fault anyone.
i'll be renting my property for as long as possible, they are fast on repairs, i love my house never been happier :). and i cant thank everyone at Peter David enough.

I have been extremely fortunate enough to deal with Sherrie and the team at the town centre branch now for just over three years.
Having already used Reeds Rain in the past where i had a pretty appaling experience i was always going to be apprehensive using another agent.
With my time with Peter David, they have provided me an excellent and trustworthy service. Always found me great tenants which have proved to be exactly what i required. I have enjoyed working with them all and without them i don't think it would have been possible to carry on as a landlord.
The only reason i am leaving their service is because a family member is taking over the house now.
A truely substantial and thorough service they offer and personally worth every single penny. I have never felt any doubt or stress while they have dealt with my house and tenants. Thank you so much for the past few years guys, i couldn't recommend them enough to anyone who are looking for a managed tenancy company. Fantastic!!! Rich Tomlinson :)

Very efficient in completing any repairs required either emergency or not & a very fair price for the work done , leaving you feeling secure in the thought that your property was being managed by a proffessional company.
It is without any hesitation that I would recommend p.David to other landlords or tennents

I have rented 2 properties from Peter David over the past 7 years and have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful, professional, efficient and friendly. Above all, the staff are fair in what is a very difficult job, balancing the needs of tenant and landlord.
