Utterly useless, it's taken 3 months to get a shower working (and at the time of writing it STILL ISN'T WORKING) among a litany of other issues.
NJH also seem to have a deal with Spark electricity whereby they put all student lets on their tariff ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
