Owners do not trust with keys. Marsh & Parsons sole key holders. Bathroom left in truly disgusting state and shower broken after viewings. Complaint resulted in neither apology nor reimbursement of repair & cleaning costs. On other occassions failed to lock up properly and left lights on....
