Nightmare from the get go. As soon as we had an offer accepted the corner cutting began. Clearly only concerned about the landlord relationship - not with the tenant. From the tenant side we kept up communication of faults to do with the property - these were often ignored or dealt with several weeks later. This included having no hot water for half the month of January. Also provided us with meter readings in an inventory at the start of the tenancy which were for the wrong meter (locked in a shared cupboard) then advised it wasnt there fault but that of a third party. Not worth the hassle dealing with this lot - incompetence personified.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Provided a refund of the administration charge - charged at the start of the tenancy.
