Comment on agent fees
Check out fees were stated in the contract and it also mentioned a cleaning fee but no price. End of tenancy cleaning came to 480 GBP when in London and other places they charge around 150-250 for the same service. Liv presented invoices from cleaning agents I feel taken advantege off. I reccomend changing cleaning services to one more beneficial to the tenant as they don´t care about the price because the don´t have pay it. I also reccomend to inform your tenants of the charges before presenting it to them unexpectedly as this cleaning fee is what I payed as a student for a monthly rent.

We absolutely wish to continue our conversation with you; as such, a member of our Service Desk team will be in touch with you shortly to follow up on our discussions from yesterday. Kind regards, LIV Group ...
