Thank you for your review and am sorry you are dissatisfied with our service. You are not a tenant at the property but I remember speaking to you on our emergency number at 18.30 on 23rd December about a repair. You told me that your boiler was not working and I told you that it was highly likely to need pressurising and proceeded to tell you how to do this. The fees are as anyone else really what I can say is they don't charge any fees for anything else along the way as some have "admin charges" for updating tenancy every year these don't there upfront with any fees that may apply at anytime.ive been hear along time and never been asked for any charges and they inspect property every 6 months with no charge.
