Key Lettings has provided an excellent service to us for years. Originally they dealt with my mother's property; they have managed this brilliantly for both parties for several years and continue to do so. I recently began the process of letting out a second property and Tracey and the team have worked diligently and speedily to get the property ready and rented out. In fact, I have been amazed at all they achieved in a matter of weeks, from decorating and cleaning to all the necessary checks. Being a new landlord, I was unsure about the process, but Tracey has explained things clearly to me and, with the work they have done on both the properties, I have absolute trust in their professionalism and thoroughness. The process could not have been easier and I'm sure the tenants would agree that everything possible has been done to make their move smooth.

The moment I first walked in to Key Lettings at Rainhill, I knew this was the agent to look after my property for me.
Tracey and Pam have looked after my property for the past 6yrs without any problems. They are on the ball when it comes to the annual gas safety check due date and regularly inspect my property for signs of neglect. They then email/post me photos of all rooms so that I can see for myself that my tenants are looking after it.
They vet all my tenants to ensure there are no other problems and they inform me of any repairs that need to be carried out.
I cannot fault Tracey and her team for the tenants they have put forward to rent my property which is more than I can say for other agents in Rainhill.
They are great communicators and I am looking forward to employing Key Lettings as my agent for many more years to come.
Well done to Tracey, Pam and all the team.

Based on my experience this is an excellent and extremely efficient letting agent. This is the first property I have ever rented and the service has been second to none from the very beginning. I know if I ever have a problem or enquiry all I have to do is e-mail and it will be sorted pretty much straight away. Highly recommended.

The fees are as anyone else really what I can say is they don't charge any fees for anything else along the way as some have "admin charges" for updating tenancy every year these don't there upfront with any fees that may apply at anytime.ive been hear along time and never been asked for any charges and they inspect property every 6 months with no charge.

I have been a client of Key Lettings for several years. Their service is excellent and they are extremely helpful. If a tenant has any problems with the property Tracey sorts them out immediately. Their prices are extremely reasonable and very good value for money. I would strongly recommend Key Lettings to anyone considering renting out their property.

Do not rent from this letting agent, they pray on the tenant by being really nice making out they are really friendly and can be trusted, then when you end your tenancy they will go through the property with you, tell you it's fine, then they will go to the deposit DPS and tell them you've damaged... They are dishonest and should be closed down.

They don't care that they are taking money from children's mouths, and they should realise that the deposit belongs to the tenant it's not a help yourself fund.

Absoulute Cowboys, rented a property for 6 months, had no damage and even as a good will gesture had the house professionally cleaned, only to have our deposit kept, they will refuse you a vacating exit receipt and will tell you it's fine then enter the property and cause damage, they lie...
