very very very very very (and I could go on) bad! demanding sellers fees when in reality we sold with another agent after contract ended and 2 months past all contractual obligations to them. Threatening letters, emails and so on,. Very poor and underhanded staff. Withheld ...

Very very very poor estate agent. Do not use them, we where conned into selling with them. DO NOT sign with them unless a solicitor has read the contract. We are counting down the days to sell with a different agent. Its a new clause ...
