The agent fees were similar to other agencies. After putting an offer, we found out that another tenant put an offer with other agency for ‚£10 more a week. The agency offered to half their agency fees if we decide to match the offer. We did it and the agency convinced the owner to go with us.

Dear Joshua Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointed with this as the first point we were aware of any issues with the property was after we requested your review (a month from when you moved in). We made you aware that we weren't managing the property and to speak with your landlord of which you hadn't done yet. This landlord is usually very proactive in remedying any issues that his tenants have so I'd be surprised if they weren't resolved (once he was aware) I'm sorry you don't fe ...
