Hi there, I know how your feeling I'm sorry to say :(. The low fell staff have caused me and the other tenant nothing but stress and far too many tears on my part. The person dealing with out rental honestly couldn't care less and speaks to me like something she has troden in so I now refuse to deal with her at all. They also messed us around with the checking process and witheld information making it impossible to move in. I would advise sending a letter to the ombudsman if you were basically l ...
