Our experience of Walton Robinson wasn't the best. Firstly we found a house on the website that said it was available for letting, when ringing up to book a viewing they told us that the house had been let out... But it still said available on the website. They recommended some houses which I can only describe as squats! The lady that showed us around knew nothing about the houses and couldn't even get into one property. The state that the houses were in was unlivable, I would have been embarrassed about showing people around them. Not to mention the terrible driving! She didn't listen to anything that we wanted within a house and felt like she was trying to shift the houses no one wanted on us.

Your reply is not true. This is exactly what hapened to us.Firstly, could only get 4 keys upon tenancy starting. Finally got the other 2 after threatening to withhold 2 lots of rent! Banister broken when we moved in, which was a Health & Safety breech, as was the painting of

We are sorry to see that you have been dissatisfied with our service.
Unfortunately if properties are not returned as they were handed over then it can take some time for deposits to be returned to tenants. We have to arrange for works, await invoices and liaise with landlords before we are able to release any amounts.
We do apologise if there has been delays in correspondence. The summer is an exceptionally busy time for us.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
