I would give 0 stars if possible. This estate agents is absolutely disgusting and exploits students in my opinion. Requesting money for ‘communal charges’ during a pandemic right before a rent payment is due and not stating a date it has to be paid by, and then issuing late payment charges? Truly these people are thieves and very unsympathetic clearly of financial situations that people are experiencing. The properties are already overpriced enough so to ask of £70 per person is ridiculous especially charging a late payment charge when no date was given. AVOID!

Unfortunately if properties are not returned as they were handed over then it can take some time for deposits to be returned to tenants. We have to arrange for works, await invoices and liaise with landlords before we are able to release any amounts.
