Well they were recommended to us but after a lot of trouble we just changed estate agents. they left work up us and left the house in a mess, they let the tenants do work on the house which they shouldnt have done and the owner used his illness (cancer) as an excuse for all trouble and hassle me and my husband received.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been more sympathetic to our situation, They never did proper inspections and where down right rude when asked why they hadnt carried out work. i could go on for a lot longer with my grumbles but their not worth my time and affortAttached Filesnbsp;

I find your comments unwarranted and very disrespectful of a man who worked loyally and hard for the company for close to 30 years and sadly passed away just two months ago.
In this time I know he built up quite a rapport with many of his clients most of which were and still are longstanding customers. Norrow's as a company did nothing but support him over the 7 years he suffered and I know the owners to be honest, decent people also. Speaking from experience, the same cannot be said for many ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

I think the company is better off without clients such as this, with issues such as this you often find there is two sides to every coin.
