I have rented a lovely flat through Norrow Estates for 6 months now - paying a very decent price for a spacious flat in a beautiful neighbourhood. Whenever I have had any concerns or needs, I have been met with friendly customer service and, if necessary, immediate repairs. I would definitely recommend renting through Norrow Estates.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been more sympathetic to our situation, They never did proper inspections and where down right rude when asked why they hadnt carried out work. i could go on for a lot longer with my grumbles but their not worth my time and affortAttached Filesnbsp;

I find your comments unwarranted and very disrespectful of a man who worked loyally and hard for the company for close to 30 years and sadly passed away just two months ago.
In this time I know he built up quite a rapport with many of his clients most of which were and still are longstanding customers. Norrow's as a company did nothing but support him over the 7 years he suffered and I know the owners to be honest, decent people also. Speaking from experience, the same cannot be said for many ...
