My property was listed with Pattinsons for approximately 9 months. During this time the level of communication from the Estate Agent has been abysmal! Initially I had to request a copy of my contract with the agent on four seperate occasions, eventually I recieved a copy after four months and several promises that a copy was in the post. On the odd occasion that they successfully found a viewer they have provided NO feedback whatsoever, until I phoned them to ask if there was any feedback left. Upon requesting that they remove my property from the market I wrote a letter of complaint to the branch manager, which they failed to address or acknowledge in any form. Also after the 30 days waiting period I noticed that they had not infact removed my property from the market, and neglected to tell me that they weren't removing it from the market. In particular Sam Townsend's attitude was disgusting, prefering to downtalk and speak over me rather than listen to my concerns, she also as good as called me a liar for refusing an offer that was below my minimum asking price. Not only will I never use this bunch of incompetent imbiciles again, I would also refuse to purchase a property that they were responsible for selling. My advice to prospective customers would be to avoid this lot at ALL costs. There are other good estate agents out there. Pattinsons are without a doubt the worst firm/ collection of individuals that I've ever dealt with.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have communicated with me, listened to what I was saying, followed the instructions that were given, removed my property from the market when instructed, provided me with a copy of my contract and most importantly they SHOULD have acknowledged my complaints and concerns.
