I am in the process of selling my property with Pattinsons, I was so disgusted with the way the Bedlington branch treat me I am now having to deal with the Ashington branch who were selling the property we are buying. I had an appointment made for someone to come back for a second viewing, unfortunately for me my father died the day before this viewing, so my youngest daughter rang the Bedlington office to cancel the viewing which was for the following afternoon, my husband and eldest daughter were in the room when the phone call was made and we thought that the appointment was cancelled,the following day after having been busy making arrangements for my dad's funeral the doorbell rang and there was the person who had come for the second viewing!. When I told her that the viewing had been cancelled and the reason she was horrified,we both said that we would be ringing Pattinsons. I rang them and asked what the hell was going on, the girl who came to view the house also rang them to complain and all I got was I'm sorry. This was a really bad time for me and I found them to be so insensitive. I thought they would have issued a written apology to me but they did not I guess I must be expecting too much from a company who are probably going to charge me for the privilege of their incompetence!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have communicated with me, listened to what I was saying, followed the instructions that were given, removed my property from the market when instructed, provided me with a copy of my contract and most importantly they SHOULD have acknowledged my complaints and concerns.
