I found the service provided to me as a tenant has been fantastic. My application was processed quickly and efficiently with very helpful staff. Once I collected my keys the service continued to a high standard, as I had several repairs which were dealt with quickly. I would definitely rent again from Larards Lets.

After renting off these doughnuts for 10 years and instead of sorting out a problem they decided to evict me saying they don't have to have a reason to evict someone..wow..maybe it was after I said the flats at bronte court want condemning..not got an ounce of care for anybody they rent to and I suffer with mental health ..complete joke..the thing I originally reported 10 years ago still hasn't been sorted..I feel sorry for the next tenants who live here.. ...

Absolute joke of a company! We've got a leaking roof that was reported over 5 weeks ago! As well as a running/dripping shower/bath tap and a few other issues... we've rang them every week and not had any answers from them... no call backs ...
