Walton Robinson never deal with queries and if you have any maintenance issues you can forget it as they just don't want to know. Have tried getting some simple basic repairs done and keep getting fobbed off, that's only when they answer the phone as they normally don't bother or don't call you back. Keep getting told to email, so I do, and that's just another way they can ignore you. Rude and unhelpful staff also add to the list. I will not be using them again and will definitely not be recommending them.

Your reply is not true. This is exactly what hapened to us.Firstly, could only get 4 keys upon tenancy starting. Finally got the other 2 after threatening to withhold 2 lots of rent! Banister broken when we moved in, which was a Health & Safety breech, as was the painting of

We are sorry to see that you have been dissatisfied with our service.
Unfortunately if properties are not returned as they were handed over then it can take some time for deposits to be returned to tenants. We have to arrange for works, await invoices and liaise with landlords before we are able to release any amounts.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

At Walton Robinson we have a dedicated maintenance team who are contactable directly via our telephone system, and in the rare occasion someone will be unable to answer your call we have a voicemail which is checked on a regular basis.
We apologise if you were unable to contact our office between the 24th December and 1st January but we did have a 24 hour maintenance company in place should any maintenance arise during this period.
