Kirsty has been excellent - ringing me every day when changes were expected. Her personality is lovely and her ability to know when a client has bought and sold lots of times before. I have had less contact with Mathew but what I have had has been very good. Best advise - give them a pay rise and keep them!

A little more than competitors - had the property sold for the original asking price, then the fee would have been comparable. However a flat fee, rather than a percentage of sale price was given, which resulted in a comparably higher fee as the sale price was reduced.
