Adam dealt brilliantly with our questions and problems. He even advised us on a few points that could of potentially caused issues with recovering our bond back. Adam always kept in contact, even when he was not in office. This has made our sign out process a lot easier than we thought.

The agent's fees are in-line with other agent's whom I have dealt with and are certainly not aimed at top-tier pricing to the exclusion of potential private tennants or potential buyers. They have a wide range of properties on offer and are clearly very popular with landlords, tenants and buyers alike.

The payment fee upon renewal of tenancy is out of order considering that all I, as a tenant am doing is carrying on the exact same arrangement. Literally nothing else needs doing to require this payment other than a new form needs signing.
