The process was very straightforward and explained very well from the outset. The staff were all exteremely friendly;
Adam showed me around the property and gave me some expert technical advice on setting up broadband;
Ruth and Stephanie worked really hard on my behalf to push through the referecing and documentation and ensured that I had the correct insurance cover;
Nickie was very helpful on the phone helping me with questions and directing me to Stephanie and Ruth on certain matters.
The property was typical of their high standard, high spec let offerings and I would recommend Ryder & Dutton to anyone who wishes to get themselves either a rental or home purchase.
They are a really professional outfit and I have no complaints so I would recommend checking their offerings on Rightmove or whichever portal you are choosing to use. I look forward to continuing the business relationship with them both during my current tenancy and for any future moves.

Comment on agent fees
The agent's fees are in-line with other agent's whom I have dealt with and are certainly not aimed at top-tier pricing to the exclusion of potential private tennants or potential buyers. They have a wide range of properties on offer and are clearly very popular with landlords, tenants and buyers alike.
