Totally agree with several other v.low rated reviewers on here. Stephensons treat potential buyers with absolute disrespect, disdain and contempt. Though the industry has a bad reputation, their treatment was beyond terrible. It was a total shock to the system. They were obnoxiously pushing the purchase so fast and hard that it didn't go through in the end and both parties lost out. The stress was severe. I certainly woudn't sell with them and definitely wouldn't advise anyone else to sell with them due to their horrendous treatment of potential purchasers. Avoid!

Thank you for the review Lisa. Naturally we are disappointed to read it, as the truth seems to be getting in the way of a good story. Just to set the record straight, making an offer at the point of viewing when there are another 14 viewings booked in, does not constitute an ‘agreed sale.’ We had a duty of care to our seller to get the best price and we did that through a full marketing campaign. we are in the prosses of buying a house through stephensons and they are very close to making us drop out at a very late stage. really rude and talk to you as if your an idiot that will beleve anything. they are so rude and offensive that they have almost left my girl friend in tears after phone calls which is not like her at all. all they want is there comision as quick as possible. i personally hope they go under, dont use them ...
