Estate agents advertise a lot of property, organise many viewings but work on a no sale no fee basis. The market has been quite for a long time and while there is now a flurry of activity only the best agents survive, to do so they need to charge an appropriate fee. Clearly this is being paid for my the seller but it comes out of the purchase price and on That basis - Prospect earned there fee

Welll - who wants to pay fees? If you’re going to pay them then you want the service that I have outlined above - I do not begrudge the fee to Prospect at all. They also recognised me as a returning customer and adjusted the fee to reflect this.
