Comment on agent fees
I know that the fees are broadly similar for all agents but they do seem very high to me given the amount of work involved. However, I appreciate that the overheads of a business need to be paid but I couldn't go as far to say we were satisfied but I did appreciate Shannon taking her time to go through them to explain how they were made up - she was the only agent that we spoke to that took the time to do this and she was very thorough.
