We were extremely surprised on how much the fees where!! Compared to other agents this was the most expensive! A one off payment of ‚£650 is way off the mark especially when other agents are around ‚£400!! I really think they should review this!!! Money does not grow on trees!!

I truly believe ‚£500 is too much to edit a contract, do a tenant background checking and a check-in inventory. Last time I rented a place I had to pay ‚£350, which seems more correct in my opinion.

I did think the fees where quite expensive but other letting agents in the area where a lot more than what I have paid, considering how often I have been on the phone and emailing they have to make money and profit! No one likes having to spend more money in an ideal world.
