Excellent service. Very prompt, polite and comprehensive reply to emails and phone call and consistently dealt with enquiries or problems very quickly. If workers were slow to fix a problem Mr Bounds ensured that he kept us up to date, chased them up and would even visit the property personally to speed up the process. I am very impressed with not only Mr Bounds but all staff I have encountered at Comfort Lettings.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
