It was a pleasure working with the team at Comfort Lettings. The team took the time to understand my needs as landlord and provided up to date market intelligence for the area which resulted in minimizing the void period and optimizing the rent.
As an overseas property investor, I opted for Comfort Letting’s fully managed product which focuses on the operational side of managing property. I have been impressed with their marketing of the property as well as their customer centricity both with my as a landlord and my tenants.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
