Words cannot describe how bad my experience has been with Heritage. From day one, they descended upon me like a black cloud of hatred that rained horrible experience after horrible experience down onto my life. My house was in a terrible state when I moved in - horribly dirty, doors that didn't work and general violations of my basic human rights. At first is seemed like Heritage was simply apathetic to my cause, but it soon become clear that they lacked basic organisational skills consistently failing to resolve even the most trifling of queries. I don't miss them and I don't recommend them to anyone.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Solved my problems, called me back when they said they would and provided basic services I expected from an estate agent.

I am sorry you have felt it necessary to write such a damning review of our Company particularly as it seems you have just vacated your property about living in it for a year before making us aware of the issues you had. We do let property to over 500 students per year and it’s fair to say that your experience is almost unique but if something needs addressing then please contact me directly or respond to this post and I will address it for you.
As I have mentioned in a previous email we only fully manage a very small percentage of the student houses we let and the rest have a rent collect service. That said we do our best to make sure any properties we are involved with are let and managed as well as they can be. I think the fact that we successfully let over a 1000 in any year speaks volumes about our ability not withstanding that we too are only human and occasionally make mistakes.

I don't think anyone is going to be happy with paying fees, however Marc presented me with an outline of what I was expected to pay and when they needed to be paid. Although I did go into the branch to pay, they do have the option to pay over the phone as a flexible option.
