I was extremely impressed with the list of properties available with Heritage Property, and I found everyone I dealt with at the Leamington Spa branch, very friendly and helpful. Marc Martin was my main point of contact, and he was very professional, and helped me secure a tenancy at my desired property for my 3 year old daughter and me. Marc kept in regular contact with me and managed the process smoothly, so it was one less headache for me to worry about. When Marc wasn't available, his colleagues were able to step in and assist me when required. I would definitely recommend Heritage Property to anyone looking for a property as I can't fault them in anyway as they exceeded my expectations!
Comment on agent fees
I don't think anyone is going to be happy with paying fees, however Marc presented me with an outline of what I was expected to pay and when they needed to be paid. Although I did go into the branch to pay, they do have the option to pay over the phone as a flexible option.
