I would need to see the text 'Oz' as I cannot comment without seeing it. I do not understand how you would have got this as you were not even booked against the property until Monday when Jazz booked you in for the 14th September.

With regards to the slow response, we had 109 viewing requests for this property, and as a small agency with just a handful of staff members its sometimes very difficult to call everyone immediately when they call in.

Hence on this occasion we emailed you to tell you we would be in touch to confirm an appointment. I'm very sorry it wasn't at expected and I'm sure bigger agencies full of staff can react a little quicker. But they also charge their landlords much more (which pays for their staff).

We knew this property wasn't viewing until the 14th so it was prioritised a little less importantly than properties where they are available for viewings immediately. I'm afraid we have to work this way on occasions where the response is so incredible.

We're sorry to have disappointed you, and we are always trying new systems and processes to be better and we're not perfect yet, but we'll keep trying until we are.

I do admit that they were mistakes on from my part (yap i did actually turned up 1 week in advance, was excited from viewing didn't pay attention for the date, my bad) the strange thing about it is that i actually did call in the morning to ask for for the address as it didn't appear in the sms and got an sms that said the viewing it was on 12pm on the 2.9 (dated one week earlier which i haven't notice either but this one is bad from both sides). I think it was more the issue of ringing so many times before leaving so many messages without no one calling back (if you guys would call back only once i would know that it's taken care of and not be left hanging in the air...)
I appreciate your replay and once i will figure out how i will withdraw this review.

I think I know who you actually are as you were the only person who turned up to this property when a viewing was never confirmed with you and on a date where we knew our landlord to be away fort the entire weekend.

I'm also a tad disappointed after I gave up 1.5 hours on Saturday on my day off to review all the calls (as we record all in going and out going calls) and all communications between yourself and our Company and report back to you, you still find the need to come on a review site and make spurious claims that are so clearly nothing even close to the truth.

So just so that we are all clear here I have cut and paste the email sent to you Saturday leaving any sensitive data out for obvious reasons):

I have listened to all calls and can summarise for you:

You called in twice on the 02/09, and Darien returned a call to you. He said we'd know when we can view on Friday 5th and that he'd contact you again. This is the only phone conversation you guys had together.

On the 5th he sent this email to you:

"Hello,

The property on Eastcombe Avenue is available for viewing Saturday 14th between 2-4pm.

We will be in touch as soon as we possibly can to get you booked in for a viewing.

Please be patient".

You can see it says the 14th September, which was the date given by our landlord.

I can't find any conversations where we agreed to meet you at a property at any different time or date, so perhaps you were getting this property confused with another via another agent?

I will find out on Monday if there is any opportunity to view during the week for you.

As you can see we never confirmed any times, dates or even gave you an address - because you never had any appointment.

Considering our landlord is doing the viewings himself and he asked for the 14th do you agree it would have been stupid for us to book any other time? And do you also agree that it makes sense that we'd send a confirmation email and text from our database confirming appointment details (date, time, address and whom meeting) once confirmed (which is actually EXACTLY what we do)?

So in light of all the above do you agree you jumped the gun a little to attend a property where you didn't know the address, had no time confirmed, didn't know who you were supposed to be meeting and got the date wrong by 7 whole days.

And you still come on to allagents and leave such a ridiculous message too.

Please go back and review the situation, looking at all the facts, not just what you think.
