To be honest, I've been apprehensive about writing this review as i want to make sure i convey just how absolutely brilliant the sales team at Heritage have been...so here goes!
Right from the beginning, when Mark Wadsworth came to see us to value our property, we could tell we weren't dealing with the run of the mill estate agent, and there was a certain level of quality and understanding that put us immediately at ease. The example sales material that we were shown was of a high quality, and a floor plan is included as standard (got to have a floor plan!). Mark explained the process to us thoroughly, and answered our questions fully (as first time sellers our questions probably weren't the right one's, but he didn't let onto this which was nice of him!). Mark returned on a separate visit with the guy that completed the floor plan and EPC report, prompt as before.
In 1 weeks time, our property was being fully marketed (by fully marketed, i mean some estate agents promise they'll have your property on Rightmove within 1-2 days...don't fall into that trap as information will be missing eg EPC, floor plan, photo's, and this will put off potential viewers. Heritage only put your property on when its ready).
Once our property was on the market, we were handed over to our sales negotiator Allan Williams, who looked after us from then on. This is where i may struggle to write down just how impressed we were, as Allan right from day one was outstanding. We communicated almost daily so we were kept right upto date with how viewings went. After4 days of the property going on the market, we had 2 full asking price offers, which we were blown away by. However due to a change in the circumstances of the buyer, that sale fell through. 48 hours later and after Allan working incredibly hard, we had 3 asking price offers on the table, which led to a successful exchange ad completion.
Allan also helped us with the purchase of our new property, he spoke with that estate agent on our behalf and did all that was within his power to help us complete on that property, which was completely unexpected and no doubt sped the process up.
I've no doubt Heritage Property have other fantastic sales negotiators, but as I can only refer to our experience, if you are allocated Allan, then you are in very safe hands and he will get the job done....and if you can request his services...please do!
Every penny spent appointing Heritage as our estate agents was very well spent. They made the process incredibly smooth, and the regular communication took a lot (almost all) of the typical buying/selling stress out of the process.
Appoint these guys as your Agents and you wont be disappointed, i'll be recommending them to friends and family.

I don't think anyone is going to be happy with paying fees, however Marc presented me with an outline of what I was expected to pay and when they needed to be paid. Although I did go into the branch to pay, they do have the option to pay over the phone as a flexible option.
