Absolutely no interest in fixing any defective items in the property. I\'ve had a broken freezer for 3 weeks and no idea when it will be replaced. I am constantly chasing them for information but calls back are few and far between and calls back with information are even fewer.
Worst customer experience EVER.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Calls back would be basic.
PROACTIVE action to address the problem in an expedient manner would be ideal.
