The whole set up in Newcastle is laughable. Any issue with the property, reported by a tenant via email, phone or in person was never given the attention it deserved. For instance, when the kitchen sink was blocked and therefore not useable it took 4 days before W.R. actually sent someone to fix it. In a house of 6 where people cook individually not having a sink for this amount of time is chaotic and had a extremely detrimental effect on the state of the kitchen. Even when one went into the office you got passed from one member of the team to another. The only area where W.R. where not useless/unclear/terrible is when we were when they invoiced us for repayments, Admittedly some responsibility is afforded to the landlord but the prices for replacements were ludicrous as were the things that were listed as being needed to be replaced. Would never use this company again, they\'re a joke.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Coherency amongst the set up. Clear means of communication with tenants. Willingness to act quickly when mishaps within the house happen. Less spam emails.
