If service and responability are a must then another agent would be your best bet. They portray the professional image however a cow boy will always be a cow boy.
I have noticed numerous other properties in the area with boards being removed and all other feedback thus far has been extreamly poor. They are excellent at ensuring they have their money but the property maintaince for both landlord and tenant is a far lower than anyone would expect.
Be warned and try someone else in the area.
