Maintainance is a mustn't with Paul Browns, They look and act profesional but are far from it. We were moved in to early with numerous things not working and after telling them, they've taken months to fix the problem. eg. no hot water for at least a month, Shower was broken for at least 3 of the 6 months we were in property. Top floor radiators do not work and nothing has been done, My dead dog could fix things quicker. I also see that the property is now back on their website with pictures from before we moved in which it didnot look like anyway. It also is described as imaculate, hahaha, far from it. Avoid at all costs, Staying homeless would cause less stress than these "estate agents".
