This is an absolute nightmare of a company who have only two areas of expertise 1. Bulls*@ting 2. The ability to never be available.

We have raised numuroues pages of complaints over the past years and the responses are always the same- promise to rectify but never actually do it, or try and worm out of the responsibility. We continually get the excuse that the company does not have any money in the pot to request repairs despite us paying the bills.

The excuses get better each time. We reported graffitti on a wall, the first response was that it was cleaned off but someone must have re done the graffiti in exactly the same place. We took pictures and it\'s in the exact same place !!
When we challanged this they then told us they tried to remove it but did not have the correct materials to remove the grafitti and were getting a professional company to quote but HLM did not have the funds to pay for this at the moment but would review weekly!!!

Another excellent excuse was that in order to repair the broken tarmac around the drain covers, they would have to wait for a \'very hot day\' in order to let the tarmac dry!! This is England and very hot days are a luxuary, I\'m sure the rest of the contries roads don\'t have to wait for heatwaves to be repaired.

The list could go one for pages and pages- the plain and simple truth is that HLM are utterly useless, have no concept of service and despite increasing the charge every year are completley inept in every way, shape and form.
