When renting office space one would think a company's affairs would be private and confidential and have nothing to do with the letting agents, not in the case of Workman. Workman informed a development company about a meeting our company was having in our offices. An appalling Management Company, dishonest, no discretion, a complete amateur organisation.

Barry Flint.of Workman LLP has failed numerous occasions to close out several issues.
We have had a leak in our office roof for nine weeks. It was only when I contacted the building owner that the soiled water was stopped from entering the offices.

They collect circa of 25k a year in management fees. This is a joke. Value to cost is non existent.
