Barry Flint.of Workman LLP has failed numerous occasions to close out several issues.

We have had a leak in our office roof for nine weeks. It was only when I contacted the building owner that the soiled water was stopped from entering the offices.

As an agent they are appalling. Every trade they send out fails.to.cimplete.the task at hand and leaves more issues than they resolve.

A truly unpleasant experience and appalling service from an alleged market leader.
Comment on agent fees
They collect circa of 25k a year in management fees. This is a joke. Value to cost is non existent.

When renting office space one would think a company's affairs would be private and confidential and have nothing to do with the letting agents, not in the case of Workman. Workman informed a development company about a meeting our company was having in our offices. ...
