Possibly the worst landlords I've ever had. Seem like great people initially until you've signed the contract and moved in and then any problem you have from that point forward they don't care and will take months to fix it. There was also a time where I asked them to drop a key round to the house as we were locked out and they replied “Why should we have to do it, you can walk to us” even though they could of drove there in 2 minutes. They also charged a ridiculously high deposit and then will find any excuse to take as much money away as possible regardless of you leaving the house spotless. They say bills are included but then will say you have overspent on bills and will take it out of your deposit. Overall, not good landlords, would not choose to rent with them.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
