Having rented a property for 8 months, always paying all dues in advance. Zero email contact to acknowledge receipt. Zero issues raised as a tenant. Fixed property concerns ourselves because that seemed the nice thing to do. I did not expect the first email in 8 months to be from a senior member of the management team to jnfirm me of deductions to my deposit.
I wouldnhave welcomed a call in advance to position the deductions and to have the opportunity to discuss rather than the black and white of an email text.
I would urge the company to focus on customer service a little more, not all tenants are bad people.
