The Dart & Partners team have done an amazing job. We now have a sold flat in Dawlish Warren. We had some complexity/time sensitivity in completing the sale as soon as possible.
The Dart & Partners team located a buyer within the first week of putting it on the market. They then worked diligently to assist in accelerating the sales process, including buyer and solicitor liaison.
A big shout-out to Kim Wallis and Stuart Copeland, in particular, for their focus and professionalism. There is no doubt the rest of the team around Kim and Stuart echo the same work ethic. We have another property in the area and when it is time to sell, we will not hesitate in coming back to Dart & Partners for a pain-free experience.

I purchased a house from Dart & Partners at Dawlish and can honestly say that from the first viewing to the exchange of contracts, Rob and Stuart went over and above to help the process go as smoothly as possible.

Paul Hodgson, and his team at the Dart and Partners Teignmouth office, have done a fantastic job advising us through some very difficult times, and then pulling out all the stops to get lots of viewers. Within a week of the property going on the market we had several offers and achieved above the asking price! Amazing! We originally had the property on the market with Bradley’s but we were just not getting any viewings (at the same price) and they wanted to reduce the price to get people to view. We should have listened to Paul in the summer when he said Dart uses the “old fashioned approach of ringing people up”. That certainly worked us!
