Rob and Stuart at Dart & Partners have been amazing. We were the buyers so not even paying them. I purchased a house from Dart & Partners at Dawlish and can honestly say that from the first viewing to the exchange of contracts, Rob and Stuart went over and above to help the process go as smoothly as possible.

I can honestly say that it hadn't been them, we would still be waiting to exchange. I can't thank them enough their professionalism, genuinely helpful approach, and caring about their clients. They really go over and above to help what can be a stressful time, run far more smoothly.

My purchase was particularly difficult as I was set on one area, the house I was selling was abroad and I have just returned after 20 year absence. Rob Viner, was very supportive taking time to explain the British system of selling and was always quick to respond to requests and accommodating on taking us to visit the property. Especially with the April 1st deadline he helped hurry up solicitors and providers to ensure we completed on time. On occasion when Rob was unavailable Stuart stepped up and ensured we exchanged in time to meet our requirements nothing was too much trouble. I have to say a big thankyou I feel we gained a house and a friend.

Dart & Partners in Dawlish are 'blow your socks off' amazing! Beyond impressed with Stuart, Rob and Caroline, and thankful to them their amazing help, support and their ability to do everything with a natural sense of urgency, where nothing is too much trouble.
From Stuart taking our initial unannounced call and hosting our first viewing virtually of the property 30 mins later (as we were abroad), to Stuart, Rob and the wider team holding our hand throughout the whole process, guiding and supporting us every step of the way - always being available our calls and answering any questions. In short, the best and most enjoyable experience with any estate agent in 25+ years of buying properties. Their local knowledge was also second to none. A huge thank you to the whole team there - the bar is now set very high and this is how it should work everywhere!!!
