We have been with Comfort Lettings since we first entered the rental market in 2012. We have continued to be impressed with their professionalism, integrity, approachability and willingness to advise, which was first shown by Tom Kite, a Director, eleven years ago. We now have two rental properties with CL and it has been a pleasure to see the company grow and continue with this ethos today.
Andy Hayton has been our 'go to' agent for our two rental properties in recent years. He is efficient, thorough and quick to respond to our queries. Nothing is too much trouble, however small or large the request. It is a pleasure to do business with him

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
