The worst experience ever had in our life. We rented a mews with them at 2 Connaught Close, W22AD. The rent is £3141,67 per month. The property is managed by Lurot Brand. They rented us a property that looked like very nice, but then we found ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Lurot Brand left us without lights in the house for 23 days before starting the works. We asked a like for like accommodation at least during the works because I am a registered Asthma patient, so I couldn't stay during the works in a place full of dust. They denied it. (They had to cut ceilings and floors to rewire the 3 floors and they were expecting us to live in a property full of holes, dust and any kind of toxic material). I had to run to emergencies for asthma attack and not Lurot Brand nor the Landlord, ever said sorry to us. I am still under treatment for all the health problems this situation created to me. In order to avoid paying for all damages and relocation, the landlord took us to Court and he asks for the repossession of the house.
