Property Moves in Hove provided adequate service when we first approached them to rent our property. Since living in the property since September 2012 we have received some problems with the service provided. Most recently, one of the tenants has not been contacted regarding a large amount of damp in a corner of the room covering the ceiling, and two walls. Numerous emails and phone calls have been made regarding this problem with no solution or response has been provided. The service provided was also slow when the front door of the property was damaged, as tennats we felt this was a priority to be fixed but even the agent was slow to respond. Property Moves has provided some good service with subcontractors who were quick to come and fix a broken window within 24 hours.
Overall Property Moves has provided adequate service but there is some room for improvement to this.
