I couldn't recommend gallant richardsons enough, we have used other local estate agents over the years but these guys went to the ends of the earth to secure our tenancy, the made the paperwork easy to understand and we ended up buying the rental from our landlords. During our years of renting with GR they have been approchable and have ensured that the property has been kept to a standard. 5 stars from our family.
